The European Youth Parliament offers its participants a transformative learning experience. Every year, thousands of young people join our activities and become a part of our vibrant network across Europe. If you are already a member of EYPUK, you have the opportunity to join a variety of social media groups which serve as the first port of call for upcoming opportunities within EYP and EYPUK. If you are a member of EYPUK, but aren't a member of these groups or the EYPUK Slack Hub, please do not hesitate to contact us.

There are two ways to become a member of EYPUK. The first is to attend a multi-day EYPUK Session (such as an extended Regional Forum, or a National Session) as a member of a school team, also known as a delegate. Delegate participation in EYPUK events is open to young people in the United Kingdom aged 14-18, regardless of school or background. It is a great way to experience EYP for the first time, to get a strong understanding for the work that we do, and to learn how our events run. After participating at these events, individuals are able to indicate their interest in becoming a member of EYPUK through a form.

The second way to become a member of EYPUK is to is to complete a straight-forward application form, linked here: https://forms.gle/2oAc4q5H1DoHHEjh6, and if successful, pay a one-time £10 registration fee. The application is reviewed by a selection committee, and the candidate will be informed of its success or failure within 30 days of submission. Anyone between the age of 16 and 25 can apply.

If you are interested in applying to become a member of EYPUK, please complete this Google form. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our Membership Development Officer via members@eypuk.co.uk. You can find a copy of our membership policy below.
As per our updated Membership Policy (August 2024), non-voting members (i.e. members who have gained membership through direct application) are able to becoming voting members of EYPUK through attending a multi-day event. Please use the below form to let us know that you have attended a multi-day event and we can then update the voting register. Any questions regarding this, please get in touch with our Membership Development Officer via members@eypuk.co.uk
